This time of year, while being my favorite season (Fall), drives me crazy. Having the sun set before 5-5:30 PM in the evening sets my internal clock all kinds of out of whack. With the countdown to Thanksgiving here in the states at a little over a week and a half left, I’ve been searching through recipes by the dozens – looking for something unique to try this year. It’s a little thing my friends and I do each year, have a little Turkey Day cook off. This year – I intend to win. 🙂
Summertime is definitely here. The sun stays up longer, the heat is creeping in, tourists are taking over… and getting away from it all sounds like a great idea. When I was young, we camped every summer. Sometimes it would be at Girl Scout camp (yes, I was a girl scout) and other times it would be with my family at campsites all up and down the California coast.

I got to spend some time catching up with one of my favorite people tonight. ❤
You ever have one of those conversations where you talk about everything and anything – no matter how serious or silly or both – and it just goes on and on until you completely run out of time or energy? That was tonight for me.
So no witty chatter about the stuff in the pic (sorry). Check out the credits below for the info… 😉
Where are you this moment?
Only in my dreams.
You’re missing, but you’re always
A heartbeat from me.
I’m lost now without you,
I don’t know where you are.
I keep watching, I keep hoping,
But time keeps us apart
Is there a way I can find you,
Is there a sign I should know,
Is there a road I can follow,
To bring you back home to me?
Flick, flick, flick a switch
Turn around, turn it on
I, I said I’m ready
Dial it in, turn it up…
…Let’s have some fun…
I think this one is self explanatory though here’s the short version: Stockholm and Lima made these x-rated gamer chairs and video game consoles for the Consensual event and I had to have them. The rest I’ll leave up to your imaginations…
